PARADOX OF EMERGENCE

What seems conflicted or disconnected
at one moment emerges into something
new in the next moment.
Resistance is a part of moving forward.
Flow needs boundaries.
ie: baby chick, flower blossom,
innovation

DEFINE YOUR PERSONAL POV

Create a personal mission
statement-- what are you about,
what drives you, who do you want to
be. This is your lighthouse.
Try it on for size.
navigate | exercise 2

you think about it.
[4] Using colors- freely express the energy that you feel when
you think about it.
[5] Using shapes- freely express the energy that you feel when
you think about it.
