                          1º PASSO:
      MEDIR A FREQÜÊNCIA CARDÍACA DE REPOUSO (F.C.repouso)


PROCEDIMENTO:
  Deve se medir, com o indivíduo sentado ou deitado,
   durante três dias. Somar e tirar a média.
•  Medir a FC durante 1º segundos e multiplicar por 6 para
   saber quantos batimentos em 1 min.
