1. In these charts it is clearly evident that the majority of that the individuals that are surveyed are
15-16 year olds. It is also clear that the individuals surveyed work full time. Not many of the
people surveyed seem to be interested in emerging music producers, suggesting that they could
be interested in keeping up with the mainstream producer scene, however there are many
people who seem to be partially interested, but do not have a clear interest in emerging music
producers. The individuals surveyed seem to rarely if ever buy the magazine, which could mean
either that they are not interested in music, they do not want to spend money on a magazine
that focuses on music, that they are informed via free social media outlets or that they do not
have a lot of money and cannot spend any money on the magazine. Using this information, if I
wanted to create a more exclusive and upmarket magazine, I should charge a high price, if I
want my magazine to appeal to the masses though, I would have to either include a free
giveaway in the magazine or I should charge a very low rate. I feel that due to the nature of my
idea for the content of the magazine, I feel I should create a higher priced magazine because of
the minimal amounts of individuals who would be interested in my magazine.
