多年來，我們只知道，化療是治療癌症唯一的
方法。約翰霍普金斯大學研究告訴我們，
發現有新的解決方法。

3. 1 每個人在體內都有癌細胞，這些癌細胞在他們繁殖倍增
至數十億個前，檢查時並無法察覺。另外當醫生會告訴
癌症病人，經過治療，在他體內已經找不出癌細胞時，
它的意思是，用一般檢察，無法發現癌細胞，因為癌細
胞太少，未達到探測的標準。
1. Every person has cancer cells in the body. These cancer
cells do not show up in the standard tests until they have
multiplied to a few billion. When doctors tell cancer patients
that there are no more cancer cells in their bodies after
treatment, it just means the tests are unable to detect the
cancer cells because they have not reached the detectable
size .

These could be due to genetic, environmental,

chemotherapy and radiation the immune system is either
compromised or destroyed, hence the person can
succumb to various kinds of infections and complications.

病人會發生各種的感染和併發症。

10. Chemotherapy and radiation can cause cancer cells
to mutate and become resistant and difficult to
destroy. Surgery can also cause cancer cells to
spread to other sites.

11. An effective way to battle cancer is to starve the cancer cells
by not feeding it with the foods it needs to multiply
CANCER CELLS FEED ON:

14. A. 糖是癌症細胞的食物，不吃糖就切斷了癌症細胞最重要的食物
，病人不能吃糖可改用替代品如 Nutrasweet, Equal, Spoonful 等
，這些都屬於阿斯巴甜 ( 糖精 ) ，是有害的。更好的是吃天然替代
品，如馬努卡蜂蜜或糖蜜，但只能非常少量，精製鹽會使蜂蜜或
糖蜜變成白色，更好的選擇是吃布拉格氨基酸或海鹽。
a. Sugar is a cancer-feeder. By cutting off sugar it cuts off one
important food supply to the cancer cells. Sugar substitutes like
Nutrasweet, Equal, Spoonful, etc are made with Aspartame and it is
harmful. A better natural substitute would be Manuka honey or
molasses but only in very small amounts. Table salt has a chemical
added to make it white in colour. Better alternative is Bragg's
aminos or sea salt.

especially in the gastro-intestinal tract. Cancer
feeds on mucus. By cutting off milk and
substituting with unsweetened soya milk cancer
cells are being starved.

16. C 癌細胞喜愛在酸性體質中成長，吃肉會造成酸性體質，是最好
是改吃魚，或吃少量的雞肉，千萬不要吃牛肉或豬肉；這些肉類
含有抗生素，生長激素和寄生蟲等，都是有害身體的，特別是對
癌症病人會發生不良影響 。
c. Cancer cells thrive in an acid environment. A meat-based
diet is acidic and it is best to eat fish, and a little chicken
rather than beef or pork. Meat also contains livestock
antibiotics, growth hormones and parasites, which are all
harmful, especially to people with cancer.

17. D 健康的餐飲，就是食物中 80 ％是來自新鮮蔬菜及果汁、全穀類
、種子，堅果和少量水果，這些食物能幫助身體成為鹼性的體質。
剩下的 20 ％的食物 ，可從煮熟的食品獲得，例如豆類。

d. A diet made of 80% fresh vegetables and juice, whole grains,
seeds, nuts and a little fruits help put the body into an alkaline
environment. About 20% can be from cooked food including
beans. Fresh vegetable juices provide live enzymes that are
easily absorbed and reach down to cellular levels within 15
minutes to nourish and enhance growth of healthy cells. To
obtain live enzymes for building healthy cells try and drink fresh
vegetable juice (most vegetables including bean sprouts) and eat
some raw vegetables 2 or 3 times a day. Enzymes are destroyed
at temperatures of 104 degrees F (40 degrees C).

18. E 避免喝咖啡，茶，巧克力，因為有較高的咖啡因。

e. Avoid coffee, tea, and chocolate, which have high
caffeine. Green tea is a better alternative and has cancer-
fighting properties. Water- best to drink purified water, or
filtered, to avoid known toxins and heavy metals in tap
water. Distilled water is acidic, avoid it.

12. Meat protein is difficult to digest and requires
a lot of digestive enzymes. Undigested meat
remaining in the intestines become putrified and
leads to more toxic buildup.

13. Cancer cell walls have a tough protein covering. By
refraining from or eating less meat it frees more enzymes to
attack the protein walls of cancer cells and allows the body's
killer cells to destroy the cancer cells.

21. 14 有些食物補充劑可以幫助免疫系統（ IP6, Flor ssence, essiac ，
抗氧化劑，維生素，礦物質等），變為人體內的殺手細胞去破壞癌細
胞，另外食物補充劑像維生素 e ，已知的功能即有助於細胞代換，或
者幫助細胞按正常方式生長，即身體用健康的處理方法修補損壞的細
胞，不至產生不想要的或不需要的細胞。
14. Some supplements build up the immune system (IP6, Flor ssence,
Essiac, anti-oxidants, vitamins, minerals, EFAs etc.) to enable the
body's own killer cells to destroy cancer cells.
Other supplements like vitamin E are known to cause apoptosis, or
programmed cell death, the body's normal method of disposing of
damaged, unwanted, or unneeded cells.

help the cancer warrior be a survivor. Anger,
un forgiveness and bitterness put the body
into a stressful and acidic environment.
Learn to have a loving and forgiving spirit.
Learn to relax and enjoy life

23. 16 癌細胞在含氧量大的身體中難以
存活。運動與深呼吸，能幫助細胞獲
得更多的氧氣，氧療法是破壞癌細胞
的另一種方式。
16. Cancer cells cannot thrive in an
oxygenated environment. Exercising daily,
and deep breathing help to get more
oxygen down to the cellular level. Oxygen
therapy is another means employed to
destroy cancer cells.

24. 請牢記
1 塑膠容器不能放在微波爐加熱。
2 水壺不要置於冰箱內冷凍。
3 塑料袋食物也不能置於微波爐中。

25. 約翰霍普金斯最近一份資料指出，戴奧辛化學品會引起
癌症，特別是乳腺癌，此資料已送至美國沃爾特里德陸
軍醫療中心供評估。
Johns Hopkins has recently sent this out in its
newsletters. This information is being circulated
at Walter Reed Army Medical Center as well.
Dioxin chemicals causes cancer, especially
breast cancer.

26. 戴奧辛化學品是劇毒，不得用塑膠瓶冰凍飲水，因為會
釋出戴奧辛，最近愛德華藤博士在一個電視節目，提出
了這個危害健康的大敵，警惕我們。
Dioxins are highly poisonous to the cells of! our bodies.
Don't freeze your plastic bottles with water in them as this
releases dioxins from the plastic. Recently, Dr. Edward
Fujimoto, Wellness Program Manager at Castle Hospital was
on a TV program to explain this health hazard.

27. 他談到戴奧辛的可怕，他說我們不能在微波爐中用塑
料容器加熱食物，尤其是含有脂肪的食物，他說高熱
中戴奧辛會結合脂肪，將隨著食物進入人體細胞。
He talked about dioxins and how bad they are for
us. He said that we should not be heating our food
in the microwave using plastic containers. This
especially applies to foods that contain fat. He said
that the combination of fat, high heat, and plastics
releases dioxin into the food and ultimately into the
cells of the body.

28. 他建議加熱食品要用玻璃，如康寧餐具，高硼或陶瓷容器，這些容器
沒有戴奧辛是健康的。電視上的廣告食物，如速食麵和湯類等，都有
害健康，問題出在紙質包裝，我們不知道包裝紙加熱時會釋放出什麼
化學品，為安全著想，加熱時還是使用強化玻璃、康寧餐具等。
他也提醒我們，一些快餐店用的保特龍容器也是問題之一，不要使
用。
Instead, he recommends using glass, such as Corning Ware, Pyrex or
ceramic containers for heating food. You get the same results, only
without the dioxin. So such things as TV dinners, instant ramen and
soups, etc., should be removed from the container and heated in
something else. Paper isn't bad but you don't know what is in the
paper. It's just safer to use tempered glass, Corning Ware, etc. He
reminded us that a while ago some of the fast food restaurants moved
away from the foam containers to paper. The dioxin problem is one of
the reasons.

Also, he pointed out that plastic wrap, such

poisonous toxins to actually melt out
