ARIMNet is a European project funded by the European Commission that aims to better coordinate agricultural research programs between EU members, associated countries, and Mediterranean partner countries. The project seeks to address key challenges in the Mediterranean region related to food security, climate change, natural resources, and more. Through ARIMNet, countries will work to improve coordination of national agricultural research, foster long-term cooperation among partners, and develop shared priorities for agricultural research in the Mediterranean. The project is organized into four steps to identify converging research programs, organize joint activities, launch transnational funding programs, and ensure overall coordination between participating countries.
