Our comprehensive and accurate estimates / reports are based on a schedule of rates and backed up by digital photographs of the property and damaged areas all in keeping with today’s insurance industry. The company has all its own in-house employees including a fully qualified quantity Building Surveyor with over 25 years experience, seven years of which were as staff surveyor with one of the leading loss adjusting companies. Other in house dedicated employees comprise a contracts manager with over 30 years experience, General Builders, Joiners, Painters, Plasterers, Plumbers, Roofers, Electricians and Tilers. The company operates from office premises in the centre of Edinburgh and its fleet of livered vehicles responds to calls within the EH postcodes.
