Requirement  Engineering Client needs  and  regulations  are the most critical source of requirements. Project solutions in form of  philosophies  are established based on these critical requirements as well as company, contractors and subcontractors working practices, code & standards, guidelines and project specific studies. Sources of requirements and Solutions are presented in the  Bulk documents.  Update and audit of these bulk documents are time and effort consuming.

Requirement Engineering A Requirement is well engineered if: ,[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],A well engineered requirement is used as  “Referential”  for further similar works. For example PSV-001, PSV-002, PSV-nnn shall comply with the  “Referential”  requirements engineered based on API 521, API 581.

ADEPP Monitor & Requirement Engineering ADEPP Monitor  experts provide the  “Referential”  requirements based on contract, applicable regulations, codes & standards, project specific studies. This is an intellectual work which depends on the quality and competency of requirement engineer(s). For more complex and/or critical cases the engineered requirements shall be verified by further brainstorming sessions. These  “Referential”  requirements can be easily  Copied  and  Tagged  for a given equipment, device or working practice. If there is any deviation from the  “Referential”  requirements users can  add ,  delete  or  modify  the requirement. User shall also report why this deviation is  justified  and what will be the impact of requirement modification on project. 1- COPY Requirement 2- Customise for given case

When  “Referential”  requirements are customised for a given subject we are ready to  define  and  plan  the  activities  and assign the  tasks . Using an intranet based system  ADEPP monitor  offers a dedicated web page to each user on which they are informed about their tasks without being  flooded  with unnecessary information. The required activities and tasks of each user is centralised and planned. All relevant activities and tasks are also centralised on the Project and/or discipline managers web page to  follow up  and track the progress and actions. Project solutions in form of philosophies are established based on these critical requirements as well as company, contractors and subcontractors working practices, code & standards, guidelines and project specific studies. Sources of requirements and Solutions are presented in the Bulk documents. Update and audit of these bulk documents are time and effort consuming.

This is an intellectual work which depends on the quality and competency of requirement engineer(s). For more complex and/or critical cases the engineered requirements shall be verified by further brainstorming sessions. These “Referential” requirements can be easily Copied and Tagged for a given equipment, device or working practice. If there is any deviation from the “Referential” requirements users can add , delete or modify the requirement. Using an intranet based system ADEPP monitor offers a dedicated web page to each user on which they are informed about their tasks without being flooded with unnecessary information. The required activities and tasks of each user is centralised and planned. All relevant activities and tasks are also centralised on the Project and/or discipline managers web page to follow up and track the progress and actions.
