Los Angeles River-North The proposed project consists of construction of a Studio City/Sherman $1,824,100 Jun-12
Valleyheart pedestrian trail along north sides of the Los Angeles Oaks, CA
River adjacent to Valleyheart Drive between Fulton
and Coldwater Canyon Avenues.
Will Rogers Coastline Pkg Proposed improvements consist of reconstruction Malibu, CA $6,700,000 Jun-12
LoWiew and reinforcement of the existing eroding asphalt
concrete parking lot adjacent to the beach bluff with
a new 15ft high and approx. 600 LF Seawall to
stabilize the slope. Also to be constructed will be a
new concrete view deck on a pile foundation system
with an accessible pedestrian walkway to the beach,
landscaping and irrigation improvements.
Camp Glenn Rockey - Modular Procure and install one (1) new modular living San Dimas, CA $629,000 Aug-12
Unit quarter (3,600 sq. ft.). Develop site (i.e., ADA
compliant path of travel, utilities POC, etc.) as
required for the use of new modular living quarter.

The facility is an essential facility, and as such, all
