platform for young people to
discover    and      develop  their

In the organization, students from
around the world develop their skills
and competencies and they connect
in order to achieve a positive societal
impact globally.

international internship program

AIESEC in Greece, since 1956, has
been operating in the seven biggest
national universities.

The last years AIESEC Greece is
experiencing a vast growth in both,

Hellenic AIESEC Development Conference,
also known as HeADCo, is the biggest
National Conference of AIESEC in Greece. It is
a four-day conference that follows the

recruitment period in the Greek universities.

It is the biggest event in the annual timeline
and one of the most powerful experiences for
our members.


                                       The objectives of the conference are to:

                                                 Introduce the organization to the new members
                                                 Share, pass and gain AIESEC knowledge
                                                 Set expectations & plan our actions for the upcoming
                                                 months
                                                  Equip ourselves with external/business knowledge
                                                 that will enable us to reach our goals
                                                                                What is this conference
                                                 Interact with each other and with our partners


                                                                                                Delegates Profile: 300 Greek students, ages
                                                                                                18 – 24 from the 7 biggest universities (AUEB,
                                                                                                UNIPI, NKUA, UoM, AUTH, AEGEAN, Patras)

                                                                                                In this conference 300 young leaders will
                                                                                                learn, interact and develop their leadership
                                                                                                and management characteristics.

Corporate Launches
During the National Conference we
offer to our partners the opportunity
to present their organization, to
empower their employer brand and
enhance their talent recruitment. The
launches are centered on your
employer profile.



Corporate Launches last for 30
minutes and they are addressed to the
total of the plenary (300 AIESEC
talents). Along with the launch, our
partners can distribute promotional
material and/or have an info stand for
the rest of the day.



The capacity is 4 launches during the
conference.

In the venue of the conference you
can place your booth presenting
anything from a product to a value or
activity of your organization.



AIESEC members in the 4-days
conference have many activities so it
is a good opportunity to engage your
brand, your products or anything
else in their everyday leisure time
(coffee brakes, dinners, lunches,
night parties).

Youth to Business Forum

Youth to Business Forum is a unique
opportunity for AIESEC Greece
partners to interact and open
discussions over important topics and
global trends with young talented
minds from the 7 biggest universities.

The purpose of the Forum is not only
to bridge the gap between Youth and
Business, but also to create paths and
patterns in which each side will
support and enhance the other. The
Forum aims to bring impact to the
society and business by raising the
voice of the most talented pool of
students, the AIESEC members.

Main question of Forum:

“What is Greece calling AIESEC for?”

Our partners equip the conference
with products that will be useful to
the delegates throughout the
conference or even after it.



The conference lasts for four days
and all our delegates’ needs are
covered by the in kind partnerships
we ensure for them.

The opportunities     for   product

Additionally,   you   can   conduct
surveys to the delegates for
feedback and valuable inputs on your

Gala Night
In the National Conference we host the
Gala night. It is a dinner different than
the others.

It is an official night where we dress up
in our suits and enjoy a fancy night.
The night is also followed with national
awards to the entities of AIESEC. The
awards are centered on their
performance and % success of their
plan and goals.

In this event, we invite our alumni and
partners to be present and share their
opinion on AIESEC now days.

The event can be sponsored by a
partner of AIESEC Hellas. We place
banners and other promo material in
the venue and there is a video wall for
spots and a 10 minutes speech by the
sponsor representative.

There are a lot of opportunities and
options for you and your company to

conference and engage as many
delegates as you can in your

  • 4. AIESEC is the largest international platform for young people to discover and develop their leadership potential. In the organization, students from around the world develop their skills and competencies and they connect in order to achieve a positive societal impact globally. The core operation of AIESEC is the international internship program where students from all over the world work abroad with our international partners.   • 5. AIESEC in Greece, since 1956, has been operating in the seven biggest national universities. AIESEC Greece partners with more Who we are in Greece than 20 corporate and non corporate organizations which empower us to provide Greek students with unique, life-changing, international experiences. The last years AIESEC Greece is experiencing a vast growth in both, results and positioning in universities and business environment as well. AIESEC Greece  7 universities  450 members  4 National conferences  150 International Internships every year
  • 6. Hellenic AIESEC Development Conference, also known as HeADCo, is the biggest National Conference of AIESEC in Greece. It is a four-day conference that follows the What is AIESEC Conference recruitment period in the Greek universities. It is the biggest event in the annual timeline and one of the most powerful experiences for our members. The objectives of the conference are to: Introduce the organization to the new members Share, pass and gain AIESEC knowledge Set expectations & plan our actions for the upcoming months Equip ourselves with external/business knowledge that will enable us to reach our goals What is this conference Interact with each other and with our partners Delegates Profile: 300 Greek students, ages 18 – 24 from the 7 biggest universities (AUEB, UNIPI, NKUA, UoM, AUTH, AEGEAN, Patras) In this conference 300 young leaders will learn, interact and develop their leadership and management characteristics.
  • 7. Product Portfolio Launches Brand Activities Your Corner Youth to Gala Dinner Business Forum In Kind partnerships
  • 8. Corporate Launches During the National Conference we offer to our partners the opportunity to present their organization, to empower their employer brand and enhance their talent recruitment. The launches are centered on your employer profile. Corporate Launches last for 30 minutes and they are addressed to the total of the plenary (300 AIESEC talents). Along with the launch, our partners can distribute promotional material and/or have an info stand for the rest of the day. The capacity is 4 launches during the conference.
  • 9. Your Corner In the venue of the conference you can place your booth presenting anything from a product to a value or activity of your organization. AIESEC members in the 4-days conference have many activities so it is a good opportunity to engage your brand, your products or anything else in their everyday leisure time (coffee brakes, dinners, lunches, night parties). Product promotion/usage Services promotion Info stand & Promotional material distribution Fun branding activities (competitions, innovation, creativity, surveys, feedback) Promote the mindset, values, employer brand of your company.

Youth to Business Forum - 01.04.2011 - Youth to Business Forum is a unique opportunity for AIESEC Greece partners to interact and open discussions over important topics and global trends with young talented minds from the 7 biggest universities. The purpose of the Forum is not only to bridge the gap between Youth and Business, but also to create paths and patterns in which each side will support and enhance the other. The Forum aims to bring impact to the society and business by raising the voice of the most talented pool of students, the AIESEC members. Main question of Forum: “What is Greece calling AIESEC for?” Issues 1) Global Mobility 2) Youth Innovation 3) Sustainable Thinking 4) Technological Revolution
  • 11. In kind partnerships Our partners equip the conference with products that will be useful to the delegates throughout the conference or even after it. The conference lasts for four days and all our delegates’ needs are covered by the in kind partnerships we ensure for them. The opportunities for product distribution are: Coffee breaks Lunches, dinners Parties Delegates packs Product stand in the venue Additionally, you can conduct surveys to the delegates for feedback and valuable inputs on your products.
  • 12. Gala Night In the National Conference we host the Gala night. It is a dinner different than the others. It is an official night where we dress up in our suits and enjoy a fancy night. The night is also followed with national awards to the entities of AIESEC. The awards are centered on their performance and % success of their plan and goals. In this event, we invite our alumni and partners to be present and share their opinion on AIESEC now days. The event can be sponsored by a partner of AIESEC Hellas. We place banners and other promo material in the venue and there is a video wall for spots and a 10 minutes speech by the sponsor representative.

Branding activities There are a lot of opportunities and options for you and your company to have a dynamic presence in the conference and engage as many delegates as you can in your activities. There are also a lot of opportunities to place your brand and ensure visibility and interaction.
