El presidente de la ANI, Luis Fernando Andrade, fue invitado como panelista al Foro Latinoamericano contra la corrupción en la contratación pública. El evento se realizó en la ciudad de Panamá, y contó con la presencia de los principales entes contratantes de América Latina. Andrade presentó el Mecanismo de Denuncias a alto nivel que se ha implementado en la ANI con la Secretaría de Transparencia de Presidencia para blindar las licitaciones de 4G contra la corrupción. Hay un gran interés por parte de otros países de aplicar este mecanismo. Colombia es el país pionero en adoptar esta metodología, elaborada por el OECD.
