SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE
I have over 23 years experienced in piping and mechanical discipline started as piping foreman to
Piping/mechanical Supervisor and also Piping/mechanical Superintendent both onshore and offshore
works in various company and various project such as; Geothermal power plant project, Pulp and
Paper Mill plant Project, Modification and Installation Platform project, Fertilizer plant project,
Chemical plant project, Diesel power plant project, Carbon Black plant project, Piping Fabrication
work and support, piping erection work and support, piping line checker works, punch list works,
testing works, reinstatement works, tie-in works, pre-commissioning and commissioning work,
flushing, blowing, air freeing, pigging works, well head piping works maintenance works, shutdown
works.
JOBS AND RESPONSIBILITY
1. Overall Supervision of Piping/Mechanical work including HSE, House Keeping, Piping
Prefabrication including Pipe Supports ,Piping Installation including Pipe Supports ,Spool Piece
Control ,Check and Monitor Tools, Equipment, and Welding Consumables, Check and Monitor
Preservation, Pipe Internal Cleaning .
2. Schedule Monitoring for Man-power Mobilization, Construction Equipment, welding diameter-
inch, No of Spools, and Pipe Supports
3. Pipe Internal Inspection Witness for Fabricated Piping Spool
4. Check if the latest Construction Drawings are Used
5. Consult Engineering problem with Engineers
6. Check and Consult Spool Delivery at Site
7. Check Work Front and Coordinate with Other Disciplines
8. Request Scaffolding Installation
9. Work Permit request.
10. Check Flange Alignment of Rotating Equipment
11. Follow Up of Punch Work
12. Prepare Daily and weekly Report
13. Perform Piping Line Check
14. Consult Punch work with Subcontractor
15. Perform Official Line Check
