I worked as Export Officer in Kaysons international (Pvt) Ltd, The experience at the export department of the firm has enabled me to
develop a comprehensive understanding of complex export matters / concepts and practices.
My responsibilities entail:
 Correspondence with factory regarding shipment orders
 Handling shipments from port to port
 Dealing with forwarders & clearing agent for shipment
 Preparation of Export documents
 Meeting the deadline of shipments
 Contract and market negotiations with transportation carriers
 Tracking the loading and unloading of shipment within the appropriate time
 Dealing with banks for LC’s
 Expediting the payment from customers against pre-agreed terms
 Prepare sales tax return on monthly basis
 Making challans for sales tax payment in FBR
 Dealing with sales tax consultant
