O documento fala sobre a necessidade de mais "pescadores de crianças", ou seja, mais pessoas que ajudem crianças em situações difíceis como guerras, prostituição infantil e falta de abrigo. Afirma que no futuro esses que ajudam crianças serão chamados de "bem aventurados", mas que atualmente há poucos trabalhadores nessa área em comparação à grande quantidade de crianças que precisam de ajuda, como mais de 200 mil em guerras e 700 só em uma cidade brasileira sem abrigo.
