2. Product Structure

3. • San-gobuild asphalt shingle roofing mainly
consists of fiberglass mat base materials, asphalt
saturants, coloured mineral granules and quartz
anti-slip sand etc. We mainly use 95g reinforced
fiberglass covering thickness 2.5mm of modified
bitumen, coated with quartz anti-slip sand on the
lower surface and coloured mineral granules on
the upper surface.

4. • Adhesive Self-Pastern with Hot Melt
• There is a self adhesive tape in the back of shingle,
after the laying in the roof, self adhesive tape can be
activated under the sun exposure, resulting in viscous,
which makes the asphalt shingle bonding together

• Glass fiber reinforcement: Strengthen of the carrier to
a more solid quality, and strengthen the capacity of
anti-aging.
• It plays the role of a carrier in the production of
asphalt shingle technology, it makes the product not
only has excellent waterproof performance, but also
keeps waterproof performance even the shingle
surface was broken. It can make the product bear the
vibration caused in production, transportation,
construction and use.

8. • Colored Mineral Surface Granules
• UV resistance and anti-aging, strengthen fire
resistance performance and break heat conduction.
• Colored mineral of asphalt shingle surface can
protect asphalt shingle surface from exposure to
direct sunlight, so that aging of asphalt shingles is
not easy.

• Use of modified asphalt, large extension and strong
bonding, higher intake for filler, will bond all the
materials together. Which makes asphalt shingle
resist wind and rain erosion for long time and keep

play a role in moisture resistance oxidation.
