Alumin USA, LTD, CleanGreen Certified™ LED Luminaire when used properly as a LED Luminaire will light for 5 years. Under this warranty and any and all implied warranties is expressly limited to, at Alumin USA, LTD option: Supplying replacement Alumin USA, LTD LED Replacement Bulbs, or Refunding the full purchase price of Alumin USA, LTD LED Replacement Bulbs In no event shall the company’s liability for any claim exceed the wholesale cost of Alumin USA, LTD LED luminaire covered under this 5 year limited warranty. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper installation of Alumin USA, LTD LED Luminaire. In addition; all wiring, water, fire, lightning, floods, natural disasters, or fault in structures and/or fixtures that affects the performance of the LuxrInorated LED Luminaire are not covered. This warranty is non-transferable and covers only original use in residential applications. Warranty does not cover against power surges or spikes. All warranties are good for three years in commercial applications. Liability shall expressly exclude any other liability to the purchaser or any other person for direct, indirect, or consequential damages. All warranties are null and void if any Alumin USA, LTDLED Luminaire are tampered with and/or taken apart and/or not used properly. You must return Alumin USA, LTDLED Luminaire to original point of sale 30 days after discovery of product found to be defective under this warranty with your proof of purchase. An authorized distributor and/or retailer representative must be given the opportunity for 30 days after such notice to Alumin USA LTD. In any case where Alumin USA, LTD is not notified before any alteration, change, or repair is made to any Alumin USA, LTDLED Luminaire, Alumin USA, LTD is released from any liability on the claim.
