of viewing Alyssa’s professional development over the past two years, and I can state with confidence that she
is a motivated and responsible person with a high degree of integrity. As such, I expect that she will be a very

As the Director of Customer Service Compliance, I feel that I know Alyssa quite well. Alyssa grew quickly after
she began as a Patient Care Coordinator. It was noticed by senior management she had many qualities to offer
our establishment and she was promoted to a Team Captain/Lead with a considerable amount of
responsibilities which she handled effortlessly. She showed her skills to communicate with both patients and
her colleagues, and due to her dedication and attention to detail, our company saw how her skill set would
benefit the Billing Team as well.
Alyssa was a valued member of the pharmacy due to her versatility, patience, training capabilities, and her
ability to not only follow directions, but offer ideas for long term growth.
Alyssa took the initiative to identify problems and devise solutions. Her role required strong communication
skills, and empathy for others and has shown these skills, but she also has the ability to inspire respect and
cooperation in teammates. She has shown that she is a very intelligent person with a mind well-suited not
only the world of patient/customer care but the demanding work of a large call center environment.
Based on Alyssa’s performance, she clearly has the ability to achieve success. I therefore highly recommend
