I give this presentation to students who have questions about how video games are made. It's always being revised so open to suggestions. The front half tells me how looped into the game development process kids already are and if they are aware of indie games. The second half talks about what types of jobs there are and resources to learn more and get started. The questions I always get turn out to be "how many people/how much money did it take to make My Favorite Game X?" I don't have the stats for all those games but if people do have them let's compile them. I usualy say "probably a lot" since kids tend to ask about AAA games. Minecraft is an exception.
