2. What really is Engineering?
• It is a profession which involves using/
exploiting technology in the least expensive
manner so as to build/ create useful things.

technologies. (Requires Knowledge)
• To achieve it again more economically.

4. Are Engineers inventors?
• Only those working in ‘Research &
Development’ are -a kind of- inventors.
• Rest are just “Oompah-Loompahs of science”,
as phrased by Sheldon Cooper in TBBT
• *If you want to be an inventor, go for a pure
science degree.
