HYPERION BANK ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF
DAVID PLUMMER AS SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, COMMERCIAL LENDING
Philadelphia, PA…Hyperion Bank, located in the Northern Liberties area of
Philadelphia, has appointed David Plummer as Senior Vice President, Commercial
Lending. Mr. Plummer brings 31 years of commercial lending experience in the
financial services industry to his new position.
Most recently he was SVP and Senior Credit Officer for Cape Bank, the successor by
merger to Boardwalk Bank, where he was responsible for credit administration. His
extensive background includes experience in collections, credit analysis, commercial
appraisals, commercial real estate and commercial construction lending. Mr. Plummer
began his career in the Philadelphia market at Provident National Bank and later
worked for the original Continental Bank and PSFS.
“David has assumed responsibility for some of our existing loans and for our
anticipated growth in small business lending. I’m delighted that he has decided to join
