HYPERION BANK ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF
JEFFERY SCHNEIDER AS SR. VICE PRESIDENT OF
NEWLY FORMED RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE LENDING DEPARTMENT
Philadelphia, PA…Hyperion Bank, located in the Northern Liberties area of
Philadelphia, has named Jeffery C. Schneider to head up the newly formed Residential
Mortgage Lending Department of the Bank.
Schneider, the former Managing Member of Moorestown Real Estate, LLC (DBA The
Mortgage Group) brings with him almost 20 years of mortgage broker experience.
Joining the Hyperion Bank staff are five other full time employees from the former
Mortgage Group. “Given the current regulatory environment and Hyperion Bank’s desire
to expand their portfolio with residential mortgage lending, it was a marriage made in
heaven,” stated Schneider.
