Article content versioning is a new feature in Joomla 3.2. This enables you to store a history of previous "saves" or your articles. It also allows you to compare the differences between two versions.

5. When enabled, a copy of the old version is saved before the new changes are saved.

8. Edit an article and bring up the versions list.
To keep a version forever, click the button in the “Keep Forever” column.

This is useful for revealing “hidden” code that would not normally display.

16. Edit an article and bring up the versions list.

Remember, the version is gone forever - you cannot get it back once it is deleted.
