  • 4. Pre-Planning and Setup Objectives: 1. Define behavioral interviewing and compare it to traditional interviewing 2. Describe the steps used to prepare for a behavioral interview 3. Practice behavioral interviewing Theoretical Applications: Gagne – Inform learner of objectives Marzano – Set objectives UBD – Established goals
