2. Our conclusions
• There should be 50% men and 50 %
women on the ship
• The spaceship is about to stay in
space for 500 years. Therefore we
must ensure the continuity of the
human race.

3. Title
• All races and nations should be represented
on the ship
• The ship is a joint venture of the whole human
race. Therefore it should be populated by the
members of all nations and races. It
represents the world in miniature.

4. Title
• All crew members should be intelligent and
highly educated. They should be motivated
and excellent in what they are supposed to do
on the ship.
• The crew should be set up of intelligent and
educated people. They need to be specialists
in different fields – medicine, engineering,
computing, biology, etc.

5. Title
• The crew members should be
engineers, technicians, computer
specialists, teachers, doctors, physicists, biolog
ists, ..
• All jobs necessary to ensure civilization
sustainability should be represented.
• We must ensure the “know how” to be passed
onto future generations.

6. Title
• The crew members should be generally
healthy. Mental and contageous diseases are
not acceptable. Minor health difficulties (bad
eye sight, colour blindness, allergy) should not
create problems.

7. Title
• The crew members should be of all ages.
There should be young ones as well as the
elderly ones. However, 70 should be the upper
age limit.

8. Title
• The crew members should be in good physical
condition. They should be fair and emphatic.
