Project Management-
 Manages $2 million annual Ground Transportation Program at the Airport. This includes taxis, shuttle
buses, parking, premium sedans, charter buses, and transportation network companies such as Uber.
 Research and analyze trends in the ever-changing field of Ground Transportation
 Developed rules and regulations, fee schedule, and enforcement policies
 Coordinates with entities both inside and outside organization, private and governmental
 Follows legislation and trends in regulation and enforcement
 Processes permits, sets up billing, and resolves issues with billing
 Problem solving with enforcement and construction issues
Construction Projects
 Work closely with engineering the building maintenance for construction projects.
 Makes recommendations and approvals for changes on the Airport’s roadways
 Coordinates with engineering, public relations, governmental agencies (MODOT, MTC, etc), and regional
groups such as Explore St. Louis (previously known as the CVC) that are part of construction project.
Risk Management/Claims -Lambert Airport
 Processed claims for slip and fall, auto accidents, and property damage for large commercial venue.
 Contact with insurance company and legal representation regarding claims status
 Investigated conditions, including security film, witnesses, and the area for damage
 Completed legal documentation, including interrogatories and depositions
 Developed policy to better protect facility from claims, including better video surveillance of incidents and
improving areas prone to claims
