YagmurThe client will be given the option of using the company’s iPhone application, SMS, the Internet or through calling for his taxi reservation. For all options, he will be greeted by an agent no longer than 2 minutes after the order has been placed. Customization when it comes to the size, the space, the kinds of seats shall be done at this stage. In all options, the client will be asked for his preferred language, his basic information, destination and if he has a loyalty card or not(or if he wants one).
AnnaThe taxis will be equipped with a tracking device that will be monitored by the persons in the company’s headquarters. First-aid kits, fire extinguishers and emergency toolboxes will be provided for each cab to assure the clients of greater security. There will be airbags, seatbelts and special seats (for disabled and children) as well. Proper GPS and driving training will be provided to the drivers to make sure that they know the city upside down. The drivers will be licensed, well-trained, well-groomed, decent-looking and bilingual at the very least (English plus the local language).
