Career summary:-
Responsible for complete design of RCC residential /commercial buildings, including preparation of all
drawings from foundation to all floor levels design with water tank, lift and retaining wall design. This broadly
involves the following -
1. Analysis and design includes analyzing the building through software analysis using STAAD & SAFE
(Slab and Footing design) and ETABS (Beam & Column Design).
2. Designing and detailing of the beam, slab and columns with manual calculations to verify and
interpret the software results.
3. Preparation and co-ordination with the draftsmen for all the CAD drawings as per requirement of
client during the project construction (Stage-wise drawing submission)
4. Project Coordination (includes site visits & meetings regarding site execution queries) with contractors,
project management team, architects as well as clients.

 Worked with VINTECH CONSULTANTS as Sr. Design Engineer from July’07 to Oct’14.

• Leading the team of 7 persons ( 2 Engineers and 5 draughtsman).
• Coordinate with client and architect.
• Preparation of framing plans for complete project including tower and non-tower area.
• Preparation of ETABS/STAAD Model, checking of ETABS/STAAD model for Tower Area and non-tower
area.
• Structural analysis of various component of the structure (Column, Beam, Raft, retaining walls, water
tank, STP, ramps, staircase, B/W etc.).
• Extract the results of structure analysis.
• Coordinate with Peer Review Consultant, architect and client.
• Releasing of GFC dwg. To site.
