This is How it Works...
For every referral you make that Archer Recruitment successfully places you earn
the following cash bonus
 First referral $250 SGD
 Second referral $500 SGD
 Third referral $1000 SGD
Terms and conditions apply:
1. The person referred to Archer (“the Candidate”) by the person referring the candidate (“the Referrer”) must be
successfully placed in a permanent employment position by Archer Recruitment Pte Ltd.
2. The referral must be made via e-mail by sending the CV to refer@archerrecruitment.com stating the person
whom referred you to Archer or if you are sending on behalf of someone, confirming you are doing so with
their express permission.
3. The Candidate must remain employed in the said permanent employment position for a minimum period of
probation (typically 12 weeks) and one day and all fees owed by the hiring company must be received by
Archer Recruitment Pte Ltd.
4. The Referrer will receive the payment after section three has been completed in full.
5. Any information provided by both the Candidate and the Referrer must not be false. If either the Candidate or
the Referrer have provided any information that is false in any respect then Archer Recruitment is not liable to
pay the referral fee.
6. The Referrer and the Candidate warrant and agree that any information they have provided is true and correct
to the best of their knowledge and belief.
7. Employees of Archer Recruitment and their immediate relatives are ineligible to apply.
8. This referral scheme is only open to individuals and not to companies.
9. If the candidate is previously known to Archer Recruitment then Archer Recruitment will not be liable to pay
the referral fee. We will inform you at the time of the referral.
10. To be eligible for the increased amounts, the subsequent referrals need to be made within 12 months from the
first referral. Any referrals after this time will be then paid at the first referral amount and a new 12 month
cycle will commence.
