Óå ìéá ðåñßïäï áëëáãþí óôï ïéêïíïìéêü ðåñéâÜëëïí, óôçí ôå÷íïëïãßá, óôçí áìïé-
âÞ åñãáóßáò êáé óôéò åñãáóéáêÝò ó÷Ýóåéò, åðéôáêôéêÞ êáèßóôáôáé ç áíÜãêç ôçò

Ç áíÜðôõîç êáôÜëëçëùí åêðáéäåõôéêþí ðáñåìâÜóåùí êáé ðïëéôéêþí áðïôåëåß
êõñßáñ÷ï óôü÷ï ôçò ÏÔÏÅ. Áðïôåëåß åðßóçò ôï âáóéêü ìÝóï åíçìÝñùóçò ãéá ôéò

Ïé ñáãäáßåò åîåëßîåéò óôïí ôñáðåæéêü êëÜäï êáé óôï
÷ñçìáôïðéóôùôéêü óýóôçìá åðéâÜëëïõí Ýãêáéñá åðåîåñ-

êáëéóôéêïý êéíÞìáôïò. Áðáéôïýí åíôáôéêÝò ðñïóðÜèåéåò

Ç åêäïôéêÞ äñáóôçñéüôçôá ôïõ ÉÍÅ-Ï.Ô.Ï.Å Ýñ÷åôáé óáí
åðéóôÝãáóìá ìéáò ðïëýðëåõñçò äñáóôçñéüôçôáò, ðïõ åß÷å
óáí áðïôÝëåóìá ôç óõëëïãÞ åíüò ðëïõóßïõ õëéêïý áðü
áîéüëïãåò åðéóôçìïíéêÝò åñãáóßåò, ìåëÝôåò êáé åêðáéäåõ-
ôéêÜ ðáêÝôá. Êñßíáìå ÷ñÞóéìï íá åêäüóïõìå áõôü ôï õëé-
êü áëëÜ êáé êÜèå ìåëåôçôéêÞ êáé åñåõíçôéêÞ äïõëåéÜ, ðïõ

Ç äéáêßíçóç ãíþóçò êáé åìðåéñßáò ðñïóöÝñåé íÝåò äõ-
íáôüôçôåò óôéò óõíäéêáëéóôéêÝò ïñãáíþóåéò êáé ôïõò åñ-
ãáæüìåíïõò ôïõ êëÜäïõ íá äéåñåõíÞóïõí êáé ôåëéêÜ íá
áíôéìåôùðßóïõí üëåò ôéò ðáñáìÝôñïõò, ðïõ óõíèÝôïõí

Ðéóôåýïõìå üôé üëï áõôü ôï õëéêü áîßæåé åõñýôåñç äçìï-
óéüôçôá, ôüóï ãéáôß êáëýðôåé ìå åðéóôçìïíéêü áëëÜ ðñïóéôü
ôñüðï åíäéáöÝñïíôá ãéá ôïõò åñãáæïìÝíïõò èÝìáôá, üóï
êáé ãéáôß ìðïñåß íá áðïôåëÝóåé âÜóç ãéá ðñïâëçìáôéóìü
êáé ôçí áíÜðôõîç åíüò ãüíéìïõ äéáëüãïõ ìå Ýíá åõñýôåñï
êïéíü, ðïõ åíäéáöÝñåôáé ãéá ôéò ïéêïíïìéêÝò, åñãáóéáêÝò
êáé óõíäéêáëéóôéêÝò åîåëßîåéò óôç ÷þñá ìáò.

                 Zïýìå óå ìéá åðï÷Þ äñáóôéêþí áëëáãþí óôï ïéêïíïìéêü,
                 êïéíùíéêü êáé åñãáóéáêü ðåñéâÜëëïí. Ï ÷ñçìáôïðéóôùôéêüò

                 ôñüðï ôçí ÏÔÏÅ óôçí ðñïâïëÞ å íüò áîéüðéóôïõ ôåêìçñéù-

                 Åõ÷áñéóôïýìå ôïõò åðéóôÞìïíåò, ôá ôñáðåæéêÜ óôåëÝ÷ç,

Ôï ÉÍÅ/ÏÔÏÅ áíÝðôõîå ôüóï áðü ðïóïôéêÞ üóï êáé áðü ðïéïôéêÞ Üðïøç, ìéá
éäéáßôåñá ðïëõäéÜóôáôç äñáóôçñéüôçôá óôïí ôïìÝá ôùí ðñïãñáììÜôùí, ðïõ ÷ñç-
ìáôïäïôïýíôáé áðü êïéíïôéêïýò êáé åèíéêïýò ðüñïõò.


Ç õðåýèõíç êáé áîéüðéóôç óõììåôï÷Þ ìáò, åßôå óáí project manager, åßôå óáí
åôáßñïé, óå ìéá ìåãÜëç ãêÜìá Åõñùðáúêþí ðñïãñáììÜôùí (AFETT, FORCE,
EWC, LEONARDO DA VINCI, ADAPT, EPET II) ìáò Ýäùóå ôçí äõíáôüôçôá íá
“÷ôßóïõìå” Ýíá éó÷õñü “bránd name” óôïí Åõñùðáúêü ÷þñï.


´Åôóé ç óõíåñãáóßá ìáò ìå ó÷åäüí üëá ôá óõíäéêÜôá ôïõ åõñýôåñïõ ÷ñçìáôï-
ðéóôùôéêïý ÷þñïõ ôçò ÅõñùðáúêÞò ¸íùóçò, ôçí UNI-EUROPA, ðïõ áíôéðñï-
óùðåýóáìå óå äéåõñùðáúêÜ ðñïãñÜììáôá ìå Üëëåò ÅõñùðáúêÝò êëáäéêÝò

Ôï Éíóôéôïýôï Åñãáóßáò ôçò ÏÔÏÅ, áðïôåëåß óÞìåñá óçìåßï áíáöïñÜò ãéá ôá

Ç ÏÔÏÅ áðü ôéò áñ÷Ýò ôçò äåêáåôßáò ôïõ ´90, ïñáìáôßóôçêå êáé õëïðïßçóå,
ìéá éäéáßôåñá ðñùôïðïñéáêÞ ðïëéôéêÞ ðïëýðëåõñçò óõíåñãáóßáò ìå ôá óõíäé-
êÜôá ôùí Âáëêáíéêþí ÷ùñþí. Ôï ÉÍÅ/ÏÔÏÅ áíôáðïêñéíüìåíï óôéò ôåñÜóôéåò
áíÜãêåò ôå÷íéêÞò õðïóôÞñéîçò, åêðáßäåõóçò êáé ôåêìçñßùóçò ôùí óõíäéêÜôùí
ôùí ÷ùñþí ôçò ÂáëêáíéêÞò åîáóöÜëéóå ôçí áðáñáßôçôç ÷ñçìáôïäüôçóç áðü ôçí

Ôï ÉÍÅ ôçò ÏÔÏÅ êéíåßôáé óôïí ôïìÝá áõôü óôï ðëáßóéï ôçò ãåíéêüôåñçò ðïëéôéêÞò

   Óõíåñãáóßá ìå åîåéäéêåõìÝíïõò öïñåßò óôïí ôïìÝá ôçò óõíäéêáëéóôéêÞò åðé-
     ìüñöùóçò (ETUCO) êáé ôçò åðáããåëìáôéêÞò êáôÜñôéóçò (C.F.P.B).

   Óõíåñãáóßá ìÝóù ôçò UNI-EUROPA ìå Üëëåò êëáäéêÝò ÅõñùðáúêÝò Ïìï-
     óðïíäßåò ãéá ôçí ïëïêëÞñùóç óõãêåêñéìÝíùí åõñùðáúêþí ðñïãñáììÜôùí.

   ¸íôïíç åêðáéäåõôéêÞ äñáóôçñéüôçôá êáé ðáñï÷Þ ôå÷íéêÞò âïÞèåéáò ìå óõí-

To INE/OTOE áîéïðïéþíôáò ôçí ðáñïõóßá ôïõ óå ìéá óåéñÜ åõñùðáúêþí ðñïãñáì-
ìÜôùí, áðÝêôçóå ìéá óçìáíôéêÞ ôå÷íïãíùóßá óôï ðåäßï ôçò ÍÝáò Ôå÷íïëïãßáò,
ãåãïíüò ðïõ ôïõ åðÝôñåøå íá äçìéïõñãÞóåé ìéá óåéñÜ áðü äéêôõáêïýò ôüðïõò,
íá ó÷åäéÜæåé êáé íá äçìéïõñãåß äßêôõá, íá åðåîåñãÜæåôáé øçöéáêÜ video, audio,
öùôïãñáöéêÜ áñ÷åßá êáé íá áîéïðïéåß ìéá óåéñÜ åöáñìïãÝò DTP.




Ç ðñþôç ðéëïôéêÞ ðáñïõóßá ôïõ ÉÍÅ/ÏÔÏÅ óôï äéáäßêôõï õëïðïéÞèçêå ôï 1996. Ôï
1998 ðñï÷ùñÞóáìå óôç äçìéïõñãßá åíüò ïëïêëçñùìÝíïõ äéêôõáêïý ôüðïõ, ðïõ
