This document provides details about a group project to develop a video conferencing, shared whiteboard, and slide broadcast system. The group is supervised by Dr. Uzair Khan and includes 4 members. They have explored various APIs and are currently working to integrate the three modules. They have completed interfacing and 90% of integration. The whiteboard is 100% complete while video conferencing is 80% done and presentation sharing is 50% done. They have integrated WebRTC for video/audio chat and used XMPP for the shared drawing board. They are waiting to upload their smartphone client to the server.
