The ff. points are considered in planning and organizing co-curricular activities
Choose activities which are based on student’s interest.
Objectives of the co-curricular activities must be made clear.
Committees may be formed to empower all student to participants.
Unravel the potentials of students to the maximum.
Remember to involve all the students to the maximum.
Rules and regulations must be set in all the activities.
Inculcate values in all the activities.
Coordinate with different sectors to make the activities successful.
Unite all sectors of the school community to support the co-curricular activities.
Let the students plan, implement and evaluate the activities.
Activities should be organized during school hours.
Records should be kept for all the activities.

  • 3. -Meaning of Co-Curricular Activities- Co-Curricular Activities(CCAS) earlier known as Extracurricular Activities(ECA)are the components of non-academic curriculum helps to develop various facts of the personality development of the child and the students.

  • 7. The ff. points are considered in planning and organizing co-curricular activities Choose activities which are based on student’s interest. Objectives of the co-curricular activities must be made clear. Committees may be formed to empower all student to participants. Unravel the potentials of students to the maximum. Remember to involve all the students to the maximum. Rules and regulations must be set in all the activities. Inculcate values in all the activities. Coordinate with different sectors to make the activities successful. Unite all sectors of the school community to support the co-curricular activities. Let the students plan, implement and evaluate the activities. Activities should be organized during school hours. Records should be kept for all the activities.
  • 9. 1. The Student’s are able to express themselves freely through debate. 2. Games and sports helps them to become fit and energetic. 3. It helps them to develop the spirit of healthy competition. 4. These activities guide them how to socialize, organize an activity, cooperate and coordinate in diff. situations. 5. Inculcate the values to respect other view and feeling.
