• Co-chaired by Cameron Neylon (PLoS), Ed Pentz
(CrossRef), Greg Tananbaum (representing SPARC)
• Goal is to develop standardized set of metadata elements
tying accessibility permissions to a piece of content in a
manner useful to humans and machines
