Что мы удовлетворяем, в чем наша уникальность? Это определяет успех компании. Этим мы привлекаем клиентов. \n
К - как компания связывается с покупателями и доставляет им свое ценностное предложение.\nФункции каналов: рост узнаваемости компании среди покупателей, помогают оценивать предложение компании покупателями, позволяют покупателям заказывать специфичные продукты и услуги, доставляют предложение покупателям, покупателям предоставляют послепродажное обслуживание.\nДостижение оптимального сочетания типа и фазы (тип - прямые, косвеные, фаза - узнаваемость, оценка, заказ, доставка, после продажи) - залог успешного преподнесения предложения\n
Как компания строит отношения со специфичными сегментами потребителей. Могут колебаться от личных до автоматизированных. \nЗачем нам нужно управлять отношениями с покпателями? Приобретение покупателя, удержание потребителя, увеличение продаж.\nАвтоматический сервис в отличие от самообслуживания может создавать о вас профайл (рекомендовать книги по уже купленным)\nВовлечение общества (myStarbucksIdea)\nСовместное создание (ревью на Амазоне для остальных любителей книг)\n
ДП - сколько компания получает с каждого клиента. Если клиенты - сердце, то потоки - артерии. За какое предложение готовы платить покупатели каждого сегмента? С этим необходимо определиться.\nКаждый поток (продажи, доступ к сервисам, ссуда, аренда, брокер) - свой механизм ценообразования.\nФиксированные цены (основаны на статистике - зависит от характеристики сегмента покупателей).\nДинамичные цены (цены зависят от текущей ситуации - глубина сотрудничества, количество заказанного - отели)\n
Что компании необходимо для работы бизнес-модели. Активы. Они необходимы для создания ценностного предложения, завоевания рынка, налаживания отношений с покупателями, создание денежных потоков.\nФизические (здания, техника). Интеллектуальные (бренд, уникальные знания, отношения, база данных. Nike-бренд. Quualcomm-знания). Человеческие (креативные компании). Финансовые (много денег - большие займы)\n
КА - что должна делать компания, чтобы бизнес-модел работала? \nПродукция (дизайн, создание и доставка продукта - в основном для мануфактурных компаний)\nРешение проблема (больницы, консалтинг, тренинги)\nПлатформа (Виза - все под визу - банки, магазины, Майрософт - все по windows)\n
Отношения описывают взаимосвязь поставщиков и партнеров, которые позволяют бизес-модели работать. В настоящее время, партнерские отношения являются неотъемлемой частью бизнеса. Создание альянсов - для оптимизации бизнес-модели, уменьшения риска, освоение ресурсов.\n3 мотивационных фактора для создания партнерских отношений (оптимизация и экономия на масштабе, уменьшение риска и неуверенности, слияние собственных ресурсов и деятельности.\n
Показывает, каким образом мы несем затраты на функционирование нашей бизнес-модели. Создание и предоставление ценностного предложения, установление отношений с клиентами, формирование выручки - все несет на себе расходы. Можно подсчитать расходы, определив ключевые ресурсы, ключевые активности и ключевые партнерские отношения. Бизнес-модели отличаются друг от друга возможность изменять структуру затрат. К примеру, авиалинии (РаянAir) - авиалинии «без выкрутасов», основаны на бизнес-модели сниженных затрат.\n
