Objectives Embedding Artists & the Arts – via an innovative & engaging temporary public art commission programme that is complementary to the City Park permanent commission programme and that uses film and related media Broadening the Impact - To help create an exemplary culture-led regeneration project Strategic Links – To set City Park within local, regional, national and international policy and best practice context Local Partnerships & Capacity – To facilitate further artistic and cultural activity and partnerships for City Park and Bradford City of Film. Strategic Investment - To support additional fundraising for an ongoing artistic programme
