2. Ingredients
• 1.5kg of ground beef
• 1x egg
• ¾ tsp salt
• ¾ tsp freshly ground black pepper
• ¾ cup seasoned breadcrumbs or flour
• 1 tbsp herbs
• Cheese slices
3. Preparation
1. Preheat your grill to high.
2. Use your hands to incorporate the
ground beef and salt in a bowl.
3. Mix through all other ingredients with
your hands until incorporated evenly
throughout the mixture.

4. To make patties, create small equal
sized balls with the mixture and
flatten with the palm of your hand.
5. Place a slice of cheese on top of half
of the flattened patties.
6. To finish the patty, place another
flattened patty on top of the cheese
and press together so as the cheese
sits in the middle.

7. Place the burger patties on the hot grill
and cook for 4 to 6 minutes and then
turn over.
8. Remove from the grill and serve!
