- 3. What is Nyaope? Nyaope, also known as whoonga, is a dangerous and highly addictive South African street drug. Nyaope is a fine white powder that is usually combined with marijuana and smoked.
- 4. What does Nyaope consist of? Heroin Detergent Rat powders like OMO or Skip poison Crushed anti-retroviral drugs (ARVs). ARV’s are the medications used to treat patients with HIV.
