3. Meet Lisa and Dorothy
Lisa Swanson
ACE-certified Personal Trainer, Health Coach, and Orthopedic Exercise
Specialist, AASDN Nutrition Specialist, and TRX-certified. Lisa has been
working in the fitness industry for over 30 years and has successfully run
four studios. She has a true passion for helping others discover their fitness
potential and live a better quality of life! Through her experience she has
developed a unique training approach to help challenge her clients at
different fitness levels and specific needs!
Dorothy Krueger
ACE-certified Personal Trainer, Health Coach, TRX-certified and is
certified in plant-based nutrition by Cornell University. With over 20 years
experience in the fitness industry, she believes that each person can find
their balance of health, vitality and energy. She is highly energetic, cheerful
and has an empathetic approach to help her clients reach their personal
goals!
