fill in the form and follow instruction. If you are not sure what you can advertise and what you

Did you enter the right email address? If you believe you have entered the right email address,
then check the Junk or Spam folder on your email account. If you still haven’t received any
confirmation email from us, please contact us with the ad details.
• How long my ad will be live?
Your ad will be live on the site for 60 days. However, if your item is sold or the property is rented
out please delete the ad ASAP to avoid any further inquiries.
3. • How do I edit or delete my ad?
From any pages of our site you can Log in to go to your user dashboard. Then you will see the list of ads
you have posted. Click on the Edit/Delete link to edit or delete the ad
I just posted an ad but why don’t I see it on the site?
If you just posted or edited an ad, it maybe still under process to go live. You can check the status of
your ad on your user dashboard.
I can’t see my ad on the site anymore and it says rejected on the ad status on my account, what’s
happening?
Either your ad is flagged by our automated system for violating the Posting Policy or Terms & Conditions,
or reported by other users as inappropriate. You should receive an email explaining the reason for
rejecting the ad
I don’t see my ad on the site neither on my account, where is it gone?
It is either expired or deleted by your friendly admin for violating Posting Policy and/or Terms &
Conditions.
How do I repost the ad after it expired?
If you want to re‐post an expired ad you need to post a new ad using the same contents.
Tip: After logging in your account you can see the list of your ads, you can copy and paste the contents
from there.
I forgot the password of my account, how can I reset the password?
‐ Click on the Login button.
‐ Click “Forgot your password?” link
‐ Enter the email address associated with the password
‐ Check your email and follow the instructions
How do I reply to an ad?
Find the blue email button at the bottom of the advertisement description. After clicking on that button,
fill in the required fields then click send.
