is owned and managed by
Brent Hatch, who is per-
sonally involved in all assign-
ments. Mr. Hatch holds a B.S.
in Finance and an MBA from the Fisher School of
Business at The Ohio State University. In addition,
he holds degrees and certifications from numer-
ous specialized schools in commercial credit,
commercial lending, management, bankruptcy
law, real estate law, and negotiation skills.
He has over 25 years of progressively in-
creasing responsibility and experience with bank
and non-bank financial institutions. His extensive
background includes credit analysis, business
and commercial real estate lending, leasing,
portfolio management, documentation and loan
review, credit grading, regulatory compliance, and
managing commercial workouts at all levels of
complexity.
A primary focus has been working with small
businesses and commercial real estate develop-
ment. This experience provides him with the
unique qualifications to assist community banks
and small business in resolving problem credit
issues and business operating challenges.
