Allen can speak fluent English – he encourages his employees to learn

The Allen Group has over 20 sales people – most of whom have been
working with Allen for over the past 10 years. Our team services
customers from large mass retailers, e-commerce, importers and
trading companies to smaller customers such as brick and mortar.

Designers
Allen Group employs over 25 full-time designers. We have our
designers attend trade-shows from around the globe to obtain the
latest trends and get inspired with fresh ideas. We subscribe to many
professional magazines in multiple markets, making sure our designs
are always hitting the mark. We don’t want to be a supplier that just
takes an order, but much rather be the supplier that provides strong,
proven design knowledge and direction.
Sculptors
At Allen Group, we employee over 80 sculptors and 10 engineers.
Each of our designs are molded from a hand sculpted piece of fine
art. Our sculptors are excellent in their craft allowing our molds to
capture carving details as small as 1cm and as large as 300cm.
