Data Center Support/Records Technician
 Perform daily walk through of Data Center to observe items out of place,
including security and safety checks, thus providing a safe and secure data center as
per management requirements.
Responsible for ensuring continuous availability of all hardware components in the
Data Center, including Windows and UNIX servers, Cisco Routers and Switches.
Troubleshoot hardware issues, escalating to the next level ensuring timely resolution
and resulting in minimized down time.
