                                             Overview
My career objective is to secure long-term employment in a Company with a genuine commitment
towards, and prepared to support the safety, welfare and professional development of its people.
I am able to offer extensive and diversified Occ. Health, Occupational Hygiene, Safety, training and
risk management experience attained over a relevant work history expanding over the period since
returning to the workforce in 1993.
I am able to value add to any position based on my multi skilling, time and general management
attributes. I believe that I am considered a dedicated and trustworthy employee who endeavours to
complete all tasks provided in a professional and efficient manner.
Outside of work, I believe in living life to its fullest and love to spend time with Family; activities I
enjoy include taking the opportunities where they exist to participate in, bush walking. Gardening,
photography, as well as painting and drawing. I have an interest in self-education, forensics, exploring
the world for all it has to offer and ensuring that I complete all goals that I have set.
ACHIEVEMENTS

    •   Implement Food Safe Plus with HCCAP Principles into a small privately owned business.
    •   Design, Implement and manage Safety Management system for OME Drilling
    •   Develop, Implement and Maintain Competency Based Training Package for OME Drilling
    •   Re-design NRW HSE Register and data tracking system; rework and standardised the HSE
        filing system to comply with AS4801 and make it easy for people with minimal computer
        skills to find the required data.

Primary role: Provide high quality health and safety advice and technical support to both
management and employees.

Specific Duties:
   • Assist the HSET Manager NRW Contracting in the ongoing development and improvement of
        the HSE program with the objective maintaining accreditation to AS4801- 2000 and AS/ISO
        14001;
   • Mentor and coach Project Managers and Supervisors to implement systems that will build
        good workgroup and sub-contractor safety awareness, attitudes and behaviour;
   • Provide direction and support to the HSE Advisors to ensure the goals of the NRW HSE
        programs are being met at project level;
   • Provide expert information and resources to meet specific safety projects.
   • Follow up on incident investigations to ensure all action items have been addressed in a timely
        manner.
   • Maintain contact with appropriate regulatory bodies.
   • Keep abreast of legislation in the field of HSE;
   • Ensure the project HSE plan is fully implemented and review status against the plan;
   • Ensure the project CRAW is updated as appropriate;
   • Ensure a good working relationship is maintained with your Client counterpart.
   • Establish site systems at commencement of project
   • Conduct & Participate in Construction Risk Assessments Workshops at the commencement of
        each project then review and update CRAW as required
   • Review and submit Project Safety Management Plan t the client at commencement of each
        project
   • Daily onsite Fitness for work (Breath / Drug) testing and co-ordination
   • Develop, deliver and co-ordinate site specific inductions
   • Plan and Conduct safety meetings, pre-start and toolbox meetings
   • Development and provision of on-site training as required
   • Conduct incident and accident investigations to ensure compliance with Company, Client and
        legislative requirements
   • Perform risk assessments on plant and equipment
   • Revising of company OHS procedure to suit site and client requirements
   • Co-ordinating and conduct safety and environmental audits, site inspections, review of safety
        systems, while assisting company in meeting and maintaining all statutory requirements
