recommendation to superior/s either for acceptance or for rejection of the
risk being offered.
 Establishes and maintains harmonious business relationship with the
accredited insurers and reinsurers.

 Maintains the approved premium collection ratio target at all time;

B. Outward Facultative Reinsurance Placements
 Handles the facultative reinsurance placements of risks necessitating

 Maintains the safe keeping ofthe files/folders of risks reinsured
facultatively.
 Ensures that the confirmed binders, slips or closings are promptly returned
by the reinsurers and said documents are properly maintained on file.
 Assists the claims dept. in the follow-up of our cash calls to respective
facultative reinsurers on paid losses with facultative reinsurance
placements.
 Establishes and maintains harmonious business relationship with our
accredited reinsurers.

 Checks/validates claims documentation/computation.
