Where: Mai Cho (2 hrs driving from Hanoi
When: 2 days (Tuesday 20th – Wednesday 21st
DEVELOMENT PROJECTS:
Option 1: working with a handicraft village on the business plan
to help promote and sell the products
Visit the brocade houses in Mai Chau, learn the way how to make
brocade (embroidery) with the woman in the villages. Do the interview
with the local woman to see their income by selling the local products.
Work on the development project how to promote the sales for this
product. Present to the local women (local guide will work as the
translator).
Option 2: Teaching English and arranging some
performances/games with students (soccer, etc) at Chieng
Chau secondary school
+ SHARING MEALS AND TIME WITH LOCAL COMMUNITY
AND DIFFERENT EVENTS:
- Cooking lesson with villages (spring rolls)
