From the Streets to the Golden Seats! David
             Sharpe is an Inspiration!
David Sharpe went from barely living to co-owning a multimillion dollar company online!!

I heard David Sharpe speak last week, on New Years Eve and his story
touched me. He has openly told the public and blog world of how he
struggled with alcoholism, drug abuse, job loss, being almost homeless and
                      losing his daughter.

On the team conference call he went into more detail of asking his dad for
help as he just couldn't function anymore in society. How he wouldn't even
have a place to sleep most days and couldn't take care of his child so lost
her, later fighting for custody rights.

His amazing story touched my heart in a personal way. My Dad also struggled with alcoholism
and drug abuse.

Although my dad never became a millionaire, or lived past his 47th birthday, in 2004 my dad
had finally become excited and happy….

My dad had just overcome drug addiction! He was addicted to crystal meth and I had hardly had
contact with him for the last few years before this. While I was pregnant his whole family, his
brothers, sisters and kids, did an intervention and he went into a very extreme live-in rehab clinic
where he finally got clean and clear of all drugs and alcohol. His attitude changed and I heard
from him almost daily and he was looking forward to life and being a part of the grand-kids life
all drug free and clear minded.

My dad passed away in a horrible car accident on December 4th, 2004. Just 2 months after
becoming drug free. I was only 24. I had just had my second child, a daughter, and my dad was
SO looking forward to meeting her. But he passed away when she was only 3 weeks old and
didn't make the trip to meet her. This brings tears to my eyes as he called me every day for the
last 2 weeks of my pregnancy, Drug Free, to see if that was the day his grand-daughter was going
to be born.

Davids story last week made me think of this time in my life and David Sharpe is an Inspiration
as well as my dad. Conquering any form of addiction is a success! SO Cheers to David going
from nothing to everything!
David Sharpe and his friend David Wood started an online
blogging company in a hotel room, only a couple years ago!
Now Over 70,000 people later they live in Costa Rica in a
beautiful house with a pool Living the Dream Life!

Cheers!
