41. The seed is sown: germination happens after 45-50 days,

a substance that damage the grain.

of coffee, there are two ways for this process. Ordinary (15
days) and industrial (25 hours)

which covers the almond of coffee. This process can be
done by a machine.

and measuring the size of the coffee seed.
