BROOKS AND ITS CUSTOMERS REAP THE BENEFITS
OF NEW SITE
By utilizing the robust features offered by the Demandware
Commerce platform, Brooks is now able to offer its cus-
tomers the brand experience they envisioned. When visit-
ing the new site, customers can now learn more about the
technology behind Brooks’ footwear, read about featured
athletes and events, and find their perfect fit with Brooks’
Shoe Advisor – an interactive microsite tailored to the in-
dividual customer. Visitors of brooksrunning.com can also
purchase footwear, apparel and accessories as well as
chat directly with customer service representatives.

Brooks attributes some of its recent success, including the
expansion of its web business, to the new platform. Han
explains, “There are a lot of things that contributed to our
growth, but we all believe that a big part of it is just being on
a much more robust platform that’s allowing us to innovate
and merchandize in the places that make sense.”
