1. Value Added Solutions’ first office was established in December of 2005 to support the
Department of Energy, Savannah River (DOE-SR) Office of Safeguards and Security (OSSES)
providing Safeguards & Security, Cyber Security, Nuclear Materials Disposition and
Consolidation, Information Technology, and Emergency Management Services.
Since opening, this office has grown to support the local operations of DOE-SR Prime
Contractors including; Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, LLC. (SRNS) and Savannah River
Remediation, LLC. (SRR); with whom VAS' continues to place Subject Matter Experts at the
Savannah River Site.
With the expansion of VAS’ activities to other project sites throughout the United States; our
Aiken office serves as our corporate headquarters and is the epicenter of our entire organization.
In September 2014 VAS began construction of a new 4,700 Sq. Ft. facility nestled in The Village
at Woodside - Aiken's premier"Live, Work, Play" community. In April 2015, VAS successfully
moved our Aiken corporate staff to the new facility.
