 A four-month employment program
that provides participants with four
weeks of paid job readiness
preparation classes, and an
employment placement.
 In the first three months of a job
placement, employers are offered
a subsidy to top up training costs.
 Program coaches provide ongoing
supports tailored to both the needs
of the employer and the program
participants during three months of
job placements.
 Spectrum Advantage offers
companies an opportunity to
increase the diversity of their
workforce; and individuals an
opportunity to connect with
progressive employers.
