 Dealing with technical payroll queries from individual employees.
Payroll Administrator
 Dealing with the 200-800 joiners each month, from hiring on the system to answering basic queries, to
processing paperwork.
 Updating personal employee information into Freedom from documentation provided (P45’s etc).
 Analysis and comparison of data held in Freedom and SAP systems to ensure consistency
 Dealing with general payroll queries from individual employees
 Expert user of Freedom KPMG payroll system.
 Making general changes to employees data on payroll systems such as, names changes, NI numbers,
Tax code changes.
 Providing support to senior members of the team, such as sending payslips, filing, and vetting any data
changes before providing to the team.
Global Mobility Assistant
The Global Mobility team processes and international secondments between the UK firm and any oversea
KPMG firms. They are part of the process from start to end. Arranging Visa, accommodation and setting up on
all necessary systems.
 Using systems such as SAP, Link, 2XB
 Dealing with many third party providers
