• Created dashboard for all weekly statistics for executive management team enabling them to quickly access a wealth of
information for all centers as well as hyperlinks to electronically stored documents (leases, MSA, census, etc). Manage
the accuracy and distribution of this document. Extremely helpful while executives travel as they can access most
documents from their laptops/IPADs and eliminating the need for travel with these documents.
• Trained COO on effectively utilizing technology so he is more efficient while traveling or while in many meetings with
other executives, employees, and physicians.
• Facilitated all conference calls, team meetings, and executive meeting including preparing materials and ensuring all
aspects of meetings flow seamlessly, including remote access for attendees not present in office.

plans; implemented website launch, and helped with all aspects of company launch in 2011.

film and digital 3D systems through building strong vendor and customer relationships.

in overall insurance costs from 2009-2010.
