• C Level support to CEO of billion dollar industrial real estate investment trust heavily transaction based
• Coordinate several annual events for clients and employees, including weekly ski event and annual hunting trips
• Manage all travel for CEO- travel is approximately 50% of his time
• Responsible for all calendar appointments and appointment details and events
• Act as personal assistant in helping with local residence, personal travel and correspondence

Associate Agreements with HIPAA requirements are on file, and manage all communication from legal to the centers.

• Implemented streamlined monthly Union reporting schedules and eliminated penalties, grievances and liquidated
damages. Estimates saving to the company in 2009 were $150,000.

in overall insurance costs from 2009-2010.
• Increased efficiency of public works projects by incorporating schedules of values, payment applications and certified

• Managed all aspects of daily operations for $150-$200 million a year store, approx 150-200 employees.
